I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is great and there's good pressure from the shower, the rooms left a lot to be desired with cramped spaces and some cleanliness issues. The dining was repetitive, but the value for money isn't bad. Overall, there are definitely better options nearby, and I wouldn't recommend staying for an extended period.

I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel, just a short walk from Kuta beach and surrounded by shops and cafes. The staff were helpful and accommodating, which made my experience enjoyable. The room was spacious with a Balinese touch, but I felt the bathroom could use a bit of a makeover. The rooftop jacuzzi was a nice bonus, although I didn’t get a chance to use it. Overall, it offers great value for money, especially for its central location, but some aspects could use improvement.

I recently stayed at JOC's Boutique Hotel and I was genuinely impressed by the value for money and modern amenities it offers. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my family. The only downside was the noise from other guests, which affected our overall experience. However, the location was fantastic, being close to the beach and surrounded by local markets and restaurants.
